How to prepare
  • A 50% deposit is required to book, with the remaining balance due at completion

  • A card must be kept on file for the duration of your service

  • If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice to avoid a $100 inconvenience fee

  • Let us know ahead of time if any area of your home is off-limits

During Your Service
After Your Service
  • You are welcome to be home, but we ask that you stay out of the room being actively organized — we'll let you know when we need your involvement (typically during the declutter portion)

  • All final decisions about what stays and what goes are always yours

  • Donations only leave your property with a signed donation form; trash items are bagged and left for you to dispose of

  • We keep your home between 70–72 degrees while we work — just a heads up if you typically adjust your thermostat during the day

  • You'll receive before and after photos; these may be used on our website and in marketing materials, but your name and personal information will never be attached

  • All sales are final — no refunds or discounts once services are complete

  • Any damage concerns must be reported within 24 hours of discovery

  • Please lock away valuables, medications, and weapons before we arrive

  • We reserve the right to pause or stop a session if safety concerns arise
